"I had been dealing with excruciating pain in my mouth for a long time and I was referred here by my primary dentist. I was nervous at first, but everyone here was so incredible. They got me in for a last minute appointment and stayed late to help me out. Numbing injections normally don’t work on me, so dental procedures have always been a nightmare. But Dr. Stephen Thomas is a miracle worker and made it where I barely felt anything. 10/10.They just need an office cat and it would be my new favorite place!"

I was very pleased with the friendliness of Dr. Powell and his assistant Kori, as well as all other staff that I met. I was very impressed with the professional and efficient manner in which Dr.Powell and Kori worked together during the procedure. "The whole process from start to finish was great. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The office has an overall calming feel to it which is wonderful. If I ever have to have e another root canal, I wouldn't have it done anywhere else!"
"No one WANTS a root canal but if you’re in need of one, Brookwood Endodontists is the place to go. The atmosphere is calming, the staff and surgeons are incredibly sweet and professional and they offer perks like blankets; pillows, drinks and your favorite cable show during your procedure and you can’t beat the view; all of which is masterfully designed to put you at ease during a visit which might to some be considered scary. I was out of pain the minute I was numbed and never felt any pain during or even after the procedure. Highly recommend!!"

"This was my first root canal done by a specialist ( endodonist) instead of a dentist , I was very afraid bc I’ve had a lot of procedures that were done incorrectly by a “regular “dentist . All I can say is “ WOW” the difference in this root canal is night snd day !!!I had absolutely no swelling, no pain at all afterwards! Couldn’t even tell if had anything done ! The shots were the worst part of the entire root canal ! If highly recommend Dr Steven Thomas , if I ever need another root canal, I won’t hesitate to go back! So glad my regular dentist referred me here ! The staff was wonderful also !!"

"Loved every staff member I had the pleasure of meeting! My dental assistant Kayla was so sweet, comforting, informative, and diligent in getting answers to any questions I had. I didn’t have very much interaction with Dr Powell himself other than him doing the work I needed done. But still seemed very nice and would have felt comfortable asking him any further questions I had. Beth, at the front desk was also very attentive and friendly. They all seem to really care and I couldn’t have asked for a better endodontist office to be referred to! Friendly and caring staff. Minimal waiting period. Treatment done painlessly and efficiently."

"You know the saying "I'd rather have a root canal" when speaking of something negative you don't want to do? You will never use that expression again after your experience at Brookwood Endodontics! The staff is so friendly and make very sure you are as comfortable as possible throughout your visit, from the waiting area, through the procedure, all the way to your call the next day to make sure you're doing well. My temporary broke on a Saturday and there was a human, not an answering service, ready to take my call and answer my questions that day. If you can have a better experience than I did getting work done on your teeth... well, it's just not possible!"

"Lauren helped to comfort my anxiety by walking me through each step of my treatment, from xray to checkout. When she offered me a blanket and pillow, I was pleasantly surprised that they weren't the run of the mill hospital grade ones, but looked and felt like the luxury and comfort of home. It may sound simple, but it made all the difference for me, and really helped me relax. Dr. Powell was thorough and knowledgeable, so I felt confident in his ability. Lauren kept me posted on the progress, and her gentle tap on my shoulder got me through to the end. I would definitely recommend their office to others."

"The most professional and enjoyable dental procedure I have ever experienced!! Dr. Thomas performed a root canal on me that literally lasted no longer than 45 minutes from start to finish. A small prick when numbing, and virtually no pain throughout the procedure and none afterward or throughout the night/next day. I had had unbearable toothache pain for 4 days and they fit me in at 4:00 in the afternoon on the same day I called. It is truly a dental practice full of professional and friendly employees in a spa-like atmosphere. These guys are the best!!!"

"I cannot say enough good things abt Dr. Powell and Tara. I had a badly accessed tooth that after many tries to deaden wouldn't fully deaden. They both took their time, making sure I was comfortable with each step. As someone who usually HATES dentists and avoids them I would definitely return to Brookwood Endodontics for any more root canal work."
